Yu Menglong: Why Comments May Disappear and Accounts May Be Restricted
Recently, some fans have told us that their comments have been deleted or that their accounts have been muted.
This may have left some of you wondering whether you said something inappropriate and whether your comment was removed or your account restricted by Yu En Transmission.
Because these incidents have been happening so frequently, I, Yu Menglong, want to take this opportunity to explain what may be happening. Please understand that these actions are not necessarily being taken by Yu En Transmission. I would never give up on or turn away any of my Lemon Babies.
After looking into the situation, we believe there are several possible reasons why comments may disappear:
1. Internet attacks and system instability
For a long time, Gan Jing World has been a major target of attacks by the CCP.
The platform has therefore faced frequent cyberattacks. The CCP’s recent efforts to restrict access to the internet are also intended to prevent people from reaching platforms where they can access information that challenges the official narrative.
However, Gan Jing World was built by a team of highly skilled network and technology professionals. No matter how many attacks the platform faces, hackers cannot simply gain access to users’ personal information.
This is one of the reasons I have insisted on sharing the Key to the New Universe here: I want to help protect your information and keep you safe.
As far as I know, Gan Jing World is currently growing very rapidly, which means that its systems are also being updated and upgraded frequently.
During these updates, the platform may occasionally become unstable. If you happen to post a comment during one of these periods, your comment may disappear or other unusual things may happen to your account.
So, if you are writing a long comment, I recommend composing it somewhere else first and then copying and pasting it here. That way, if something goes wrong and your comment disappears, you will still have a copy and can post it again.
If your comment still disappears, try waiting a day before posting it again.
Many of you have probably noticed that there are relatively few internet trolls on Gan Jing World.
I believe the platform has its own systems and mechanisms for detecting and preventing coordinated trolling and spam. That is why we can enjoy a relatively peaceful environment here, without the constant pressure and interference seen on other platforms.
However, it is possible that these protective systems may occasionally be overly sensitive. As a result, legitimate comments may sometimes be removed, and normal accounts may occasionally experience restrictions or other abnormalities.
So please do not worry unnecessarily. It is not necessarily Yu En Transmission that is blocking your comments.
Yu En Transmission only intends to remove malicious attacks or comments that deliberately mislead people or interfere with their ability to learn about the Key to the New Universe.
2. Repeated or consecutive comments may be mistaken for spam
Another possibility is that repeated or consecutive comments may be mistakenly identified by Gan Jing World’s system as spam or coordinated activity, which could result in an account being temporarily muted.
If you want to leave several comments in a row, please try waiting a few minutes between them. It is also better to avoid posting exactly the same wording repeatedly. A little variation can help prevent the system from mistakenly identifying your activity as spam and restricting your account.
I can see how much you care about me, and I truly cherish that love and concern. I also understand how eager everyone is to know how I am doing in another dimension.
Although I am very busy right now, I am grateful that Yu En Transmission gives me a place where I can communicate with my Lemon Babies, share my thoughts, and see you coming here to share what is on your minds. It makes me feel incredibly warm and happy.
Perhaps some of you are simply typing too quickly, or you are so eager to hear news about me that you end up posting the same message several times.
I am very happy to see your enthusiasm. But when I learn that your comments have disappeared or that your accounts have been muted, I become worried and saddened.
So please slow down a little when commenting and try to avoid repeating the same words. I really do see the messages you leave because you care about me!
Every time I see your comments, I feel deeply comforted. Thank you for continuing to remember me and think of me after all this time.
3. Some accounts are intentionally restricted by Yu En Transmission
There is one more possibility that I want to be completely honest about: some accounts and comments are indeed restricted by the Yu En Transmission team.
There are certain accounts that I have personally reviewed and, after doing so, asked the Yu En Transmission staff to mute.
However, if you are already a member—especially an annual member—this situation should not happen to you.
I believe that the people who choose to become members are genuinely friends and family who care about me. They are kind-hearted people. It is unlikely that someone working as an internet troll would pay for a membership simply to obtain more information about me.
And if a troll really did become a member in order to learn more about me, I would still welcome them.
Yu En Transmission was not created for profit. Its purpose is to help people obtain the Key to the New Universe.
Perhaps after following Yu En Transmission for a long time, even someone who initially came here with the wrong intentions might eventually change their mind and find their way toward the New Universe.
However, when it comes to comments that maliciously attack Yu En Transmission, I have instructed the team to treat them as troll activity.
I know that genuine Lemon Babies, Yu’s Army, and casual fans are respectful people. Even if they do not understand or agree with something in an article or video, a respectful fan would not come here simply to attack us maliciously. At most, they would choose not to watch or would simply move on.
The likelihood that genuinely concerned fans are behind malicious attacks is very small. Most such comments appear to come from internet trolls connected with China’s entertainment industry.
Today, there are many accounts online posing as Lemon fans or members of Yu’s Army, while allegedly being part of coordinated efforts from China’s entertainment industry to manipulate discussions, defend certain interests, or disguise themselves as genuine fans.
So please remain calm and think critically. Do not allow internet trolls to provoke you or manipulate your emotions.
I have made these arrangements so that the Yu En Transmission team can conserve its time and energy and use it more effectively to communicate my messages and answer questions from genuine fans.
If the team had to consult me individually about every irrational or malicious comment and account, it would consume an enormous amount of time and energy. It would also take valuable time away from Yu En’s work of writing and communicating these messages.
When the Yu En Transmission team encounters an inappropriate comment, they may delete it, but they do not immediately mute the account.
I have asked the staff to give the account holder at least three reminders and opportunities to communicate. Only when repeated communication fails will the account ultimately be blocked.
Even if your account has been blocked because we were unable to reach an understanding, you are still welcome to continue following Yu En Transmission and viewing all of its public messages and content. You simply will no longer be able to post comments.
So, if you find that a comment has been deleted or your account has been muted, please do not panic.
I will never simply abandon or reject you.
Think about it: if I am willing to give opportunities even to internet trolls, undercover agents, and people who have harmed me, how could I possibly reject you simply because you do not yet understand or believe in Yu En Transmission?
My mission is to help people obtain the Key to the New Universe.
Anything that interferes with that mission, prevents people from receiving this message, or pulls people in the opposite direction is certainly not what I want.
